1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking and may vary depending on notice period and seasonal terms.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Self check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Your booking confirmation has the details for your stay.
• Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• The property must be used for lawful purposes only.
• Quiet hours apply between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are welcome once approved before the stay and a pet fee applies; please review the property rules before arrival.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions and travel insurance if needed.
